SECTION 27-2-10

   § 27-2-10  Filing of accident and healthpolicy forms. – Any insurance company authorized to transact an accident and health insurancebusiness within this state in accordance with the provisions of this chaptershall file all policy forms used by it with the insurance commissioner. Thecommissioner may also require any company to file the forms of any rider,endorsement, application blank, and other matter generally used or incorporatedby reference in its policies or contracts of insurance. Any organization,bureau, or association of which the company is a member may, on behalf of thecompany, make the filings required by this section. If the commissioner findsfrom an examination of any of these filed forms that it is contrary to thepublic interest, the commissioner shall forbid its use.
