§ 27-20.1-10 Nonprofit dental servicecorporation assessment. – (a) Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, each domestic nonprofit dentalservice corporation shall be charged an assessment to partially support theactivities of the division of insurance in the department of businessregulation.
(b) The minimum assessment charged shall be one thousanddollars ($1,000).
