§ 27-20.2-10 Nonprofit optometric servicecorporation assessment. – (a) Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, each domestic nonprofitoptometric service corporation shall be charged an assessment to partiallysupport the activities of the division of insurance in the department ofbusiness regulation.
(b) The minimum assessment charged shall be one thousanddollars ($1,000).
