§ 27-20.2-4 Annual and quarterlystatements. – (a) Every nonprofit optometric service corporation shall annually, on or beforethe first day of March in each year, file in the office of the commissioner ofinsurance a statement, verified by at least two (2) of the principal officersof the corporation, of its condition on the 31st day of December then nextpreceding, which statement shall contain any matters the director of businessregulation shall prescribe and shall be available for inspection by the public.

(b) Every nonprofit optometric service corporation shall alsofile quarterly statements with the insurance commissioner, due on or beforeforty-five (45) days after the quarter ending in accordance with the NationalAssociation of Insurance Commissioners' guidelines and procedures, and shall beavailable for inspection by the public.

(c) The insurance commissioner shall also require compliancewith chapters 12 and 12.1 of this title.
