SECTION 27-20.7-13

   § 27-20.7-13  Waiver of application forcertification. – Upon request from an administrator, the commissioner may waive the applicationrequirements of § 27-20.7-12(b) if the administrator has a validcertificate of authority as an administrator issued in a state which hasstandards for administrators that are at least as stringent as those containedin the model statute for third party administrators of the National Associationof Insurance Commissioners.
