§ 27-20-7 Relationship of physician andpatient – Actions against corporation. – Nothing contained in this chapter or in any nonprofit medical service planshall affect the ordinary professional relationship between the personrendering medical services under the plan and the subscriber to whom theservices are rendered; and no action based upon or arising out of arelationship or relating to medical services rendered pursuant to a nonprofitmedical service plan shall be maintained against the nonprofit medical servicecorporation operating the plan.
