SECTION 27-32-7

§ 27-32-7 Regulation of issuance and saleof agreements – Rules and regulations. – Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, the insurance commissioner shallhave sole authority to regulate the issuance and sale of the agreements and toissue reasonable rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes andprovisions of this chapter. Provided, the insurance commissioner shall licenseany person selling annuities.
