SECTION 27-33-11

§ 27-33-11 Rules and regulations. –The director of business regulation may issue rules, regulations, and ordersnecessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The director isspecifically empowered to require that basic property insurance as defined in§ 27-33-10 and any other insurance that may be required or suggested bythe federal insurance administrator for inclusion be made available under theFAIR plan. Any regulation requiring coverage described in this section, whichhas been promulgated by the insurance commissioner, is ratified and confirmed.
