SECTION 27-33-3

§ 27-33-3 Inspection and statements.– There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of anynature shall arise against insurers, any inspection bureau, placement facility,or underwriting association, or their directors, agents, or employees, or thedirector of business regulation or his or her authorized representatives, forany inspections undertaken or statements made by any of them concerning theproperty to be insured, and any reports and communications in connection withany inspections or statements shall not be considered public documents.
