§ 27-33-5 Reimbursement of the secretary.– The fund shall reimburse the secretary in an amount up to five percent (5%) ofthe aggregate property insurance premiums earned in this state during thecalendar year immediately preceding the calendar year, with respect to whichthe secretary paid losses on lines of insurance reinsured by him or her in thisstate during that year, and for which he or she claims reimbursement from thefund in accordance with the Act.
