§ 27-34.3-17 Immunity. – There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any natureshall arise against any member insurer or its agents or employees, theassociation or its agents or employees, members of the board of directors, orthe commissioner or the commissioner's representatives, for any action oromission by them in the performance of their powers and duties under thischapter. The immunity shall extend to the participation in any organization ofone or more other state associations of similar purposes and to any suchorganization and its agents or employees.
