§ 27-4.1-6 Filing of forms andclassification of risks and premiums. – No policy of legal services insurance shall be issued or delivered to anyperson in this state, nor shall any application, certificate of groupinsurance, rider, or endorsement be used in connection with the policy, until acopy of the form and of the classification of risks and premium ratespertaining to the risks have been filed with the insurance commissioner, noruntil the expiration of sixty (60) days after this unless the commissionergives written approval sooner.
