SECTION 27-4-13

   § 27-4-13  Deprivation of courtjurisdiction – Limitation of actions. – No life insurance company and no officer or insurance producer of the companyshall make, issue, or deliver any policy or contract of insurance containingany condition, stipulation, or agreement depriving the courts of the state ofjurisdiction of actions against it, nor limiting the time for commencing anyaction at law or in equity against it to a period of less than three (3) yearsfrom the time when the cause of action shall accrue.
