SECTION 27-4-25

   § 27-4-25  Physical exam by insurancecompany. – Any applicant for life insurance with any company organized or doing businesswithin this state shall be provided, upon request, any and all medical reportsby a physician or other medical personnel that were performed at the request orthe direction of that company. These reports shall only be provided to aphysician of the applicant's choice whether the applicant receives a rating orrejection from a company and the provisions of this section shall also apply tomedical examinations performed pursuant to applications for an increase ininsurance coverage.
