SECTION 27-42-3

§ 27-42-3 How to show jurisdiction. –A person or entity may show that it is subject to the jurisdiction of anotherdepartment of this state, any subdivision of this state, or the federalgovernment, by providing to the director of business regulation the appropriatecertificate, license, or other document issued by the other governmental agencythat permits or qualifies it to provide those services.
