SECTION 27-5-13

   § 27-5-13  Mutual membership not acquiredby reinsurance. – Any mutual company of this or any other state ceding reinsurance to a similarcompany shall not, unless the contract of reinsurance provides, become a memberof the company accepting the reinsurance, or be entitled to any dividend orexpiration return of premium or of unabsorbed premium deposit, or be subject toliability to assessment.
