§ 27-59-1 - Definitions.
SECTION 27-59-1
§ 27-59-1 Definitions. – As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) "Alien insurance company" means any insurance companyincorporated or organized under the laws of any country other than the UnitedStates.
(2) "Commissioner" means the director of the department ofbusiness regulation.
