§ 27-6-22 Filed schedules and plans not tobe disapproved if rates meet requirements. – No manual, minimum, or class rate, rating schedule, rating plan, rating rule,or any modification of any of these which has been filed pursuant to therequirements of §§ 27-6-8 – 27-6-16 shall be disapproved if therates produced meet the requirements of this chapter.
