SECTION 27-6-27

   § 27-6-27  Examination of policies andrecords by rating organizations. – Any rating organization may provide for the examination of policies, dailyreports, binders, renewal certificates, endorsements, or other evidences ofinsurance, or the cancellation of insurance, and may make reasonable rulesgoverning their submission. Those rules shall contain a provision that in theevent any insurer does not within sixty (60) days furnish satisfactory evidenceto the rating organization of the correction of any error or omissionpreviously called to its attention by the rating organization, it shall be theduty of the rating organization to notify the commissioner. All informationsubmitted for examination shall be confidential.
