§ 27-6-45 False or misleading information.– No person or organization shall willfully withhold information from, orknowingly give false or misleading information to, the commissioner, anystatistical agency designated by the commissioner, any rating organization, orany insurer, which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under thischapter. A violation of this section shall subject the one guilty of thatviolation to the penalties provided in §§ 27-6-47 and 27-6-48.
