SECTION 27-66-23

   § 27-66-23  Determination ofconfidentiality by the department of business regulation. – The director shall have the power to decide whether any information required bythis chapter of an applicant is confidential and/or proprietary. The decisionsby the department of business regulation shall be made prior to any publicnotice of an initial application or any public review of the information.
