§ 27-9.1-9 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application of the provision to anyperson or circumstances shall be held invalid, the remainder of the chapter andthe application of the provision to any person or circumstances other thanthose as to which it is held invalid shall not be affected by that invalidity.
