SECTION 27-9-32

§ 27-9-32 Unlawful practices of advisoryorganizations. – If, after a hearing, the commissioner finds that the furnishing of informationor assistance by an advisory organization involves any act or practice which isunfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, thecommissioner may issue a written order specifying in what respects the act orpractice is unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of thischapter, and requiring the discontinuance of the act or practice.
