§ 27-9-37 Reports on examinations –Hearing and filing. – The commissioner shall prepare a report of any examination referred to in§ 27-9-36 and shall, within a reasonable time following completion of thatreport, furnish each rating organization, advisory organization, or group,association, or other organization examined with a copy of it. Any ratingorganization, advisory organization, or group, association, or otherorganization may, within thirty (30) days after the receipt of a copy of thereport, request the commissioner for a hearing, which shall be held by thecommissioner upon ten (10) days written notice to the rating organization,advisory organization, group, association, or other organization. Following thehearing the commissioner may affirm, modify, or withdraw his or her report. Anyreport, or modification of a report, shall be filed following the hearing inthe office of the commissioner as a public record, or if no hearing isrequested within the period of thirty (30) days, the report shall be filed atthe expiration of that period.
