§ 27-9-45 Penalty for violations. –Any person or organization willfully violating any provision of this chaptershall, upon their conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100)and not more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each violation. That penaltymay be in addition to any other penalty provided by law.
