SECTION 28-12-21

   § 28-12-21  More favorable laws preserved.– Any standards relating to minimum wages, maximum hours, overtime compensation,or other working conditions in effect under any other law of this state whichare more favorable to employees than those applicable to those employees underthis chapter or the regulations and orders issued under this chapter, shall notbe deemed to be amended, rescinded, or otherwise affected by this chapter butshall continue in full force and effect and may be enforced as provided by lawunless and until they are specifically superseded by standards more favorableto those employees by operation or in accordance with regulations or ordersissued under this chapter.
