SECTION 28-12-4.2

   § 28-12-4.2  Bi-weekly overtime pay. –Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no employer shall employ anyemployee on a bi-weekly basis with hours worked and hourly wages averaged overthat period for longer than forty (40) hours per week unless the employee iscompensated at a rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate atwhich he or she is employed for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hoursper week.
