SECTION 28-12-4.4

   § 28-12-4.4  Regulations. – The director of labor and training shall by regulations define and delimit theemployees designated in § 28-12-4.3. Before any regulation is adopted,amended, or repealed, there shall be a public hearing on it at which allpersons in favor of or opposed to the adoption, amendment, or repeal of theregulation may be heard. Notice of the public hearing shall be published atleast once not less than twenty (20) days prior to the hearing in a newspaperor newspapers having aggregate general circulation throughout the state. Arecord shall be made of all proceedings at the public hearing.
