SECTION 28-14-10.2

   § 28-14-10.2  Deduction of premium forprepaid legal services. – (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, upon the written authorizationof an employee of any state agency, the disbursing officer shall deduct fromthe employee's wages and forward to the designated prepaid legal services planthat employee's contributions, subscriptions, or premium payments under theplan.

   (b) All plans receiving funds under this section shallreimburse the state for the administrative costs of making the deductions.

   (c) "State agency" means any department, agency, board,office, or commission in state government.
