§ 28-14-18.2 Reinstatement. – A court, in rendering a judgment in an action brought under this chapter, shallorder, as the court considers appropriate, reinstatement of the employee, thepayment of back wages, full reinstatement of fringe benefits and seniorityrights, actual damages, or any combination of these remedies. A court may alsoaward the complainant all or a portion of the costs of litigation, if the courtdetermines that the award is appropriate.
