SECTION 28-15-6

   § 28-15-6  Copy of assignment delivered toemployer. – No assignment of future earnings or wages shall be in any way binding upon theemployer of the assignor until a copy of the assignment and account, whichshall conform to the requirements stated in this section, has been delivered tothe employer. The account shall be in writing and shall contain a statement ofthe balance due and of the sums of money received by the assignee, togetherwith the date of every payment, and a statement showing whether the payment isa charge for making or securing the loan or otherwise.
