SECTION 28-2-7

   § 28-2-7  Rules and regulations forassignment – Circumstances to be considered. – As soon as the proclamation has been issued as provided in § 28-2-1, itshall be the duty of the director of labor and training to prepare and publishany rules and regulations governing the assignment of persons to work underthis chapter as will assure that all persons similarly circumstanced are, asfar as it is possible to do so, treated alike. In assigning anyone to work, thedirector of labor and training shall take into consideration the age, physicalcondition, and any other appropriate circumstances of the person so assigned,and the rules and regulations to be promulgated by the director of labor andtraining, under the provisions of this chapter, shall make allowances for thosefacts and circumstances.
