SECTION 28-20-32

   § 28-20-32  Confidentiality of tradesecrets. – All information reported to or otherwise obtained by the director in connectionwith any inspection or proceeding under this chapter which contains or whichmight reveal a trade secret referred to in 18 U.S.C. § 1905 shall beconsidered confidential for the purpose of that section, except that theinformation may be disclosed to other officers or employees concerned withcarrying out the provisions of this chapter, or when relevant in any proceedingunder this chapter. In any proceeding the director, the review board, or thecourt shall issue orders as may be appropriate to protect the confidentialityof trade secrets.
