SECTION 28-25-17

   § 28-25-17  Judicial enforcement. –The superior court shall have jurisdiction to enforce compliance with theprovisions of this chapter upon petition being filed by the administrator ofthe division of occupational safety and notice being given to the person orpersons charged with a violation of the provisions of this chapter, and thecourt may issue process of injunction, mandamus, or otherwise as in the opinionof the court is necessary to enforce compliance with the provisions of thischapter, but no ex parte restraining order shall be issued unless upon ashowing satisfactory to the court that danger to life or property is imminent,and in that case citation to the defendant shall be returnable not more thanfive (5) days after the ex parte restraining order is entered.
