§ 28-25-22 Severability. – If any provisions or part of any provisions of this chapter, or application ofthose provisions to any person or circumstances, is held unconstitutional orotherwise invalid, the remaining provisions of this chapter, and theapplication of the provisions to other than those to which it is held invalid,shall not be affected by that invalidity.
