SECTION 28-29-24

   § 28-29-24  Revocation of certificate as toalternative scheme. – If at any time the scheme no longer fulfills the requirements of §28-29-22 and § 28-29-23, or is not fairly administered, or any other validand substantial reason for it exists, the director, on reasonable notice to theinterested parties, shall revoke the certificate and the scheme shall beterminated.
