SECTION 28-30-5

   § 28-30-5  Vacancies in office ofadministrator. – In the event that a vacancy occurs in the office of the administrator, thechief judge of the workers' compensation court, with the advice and consent ofthe senate, shall appoint a duly qualified person to act as administrator underthe provisions of this chapter to serve for the balance of the unexpired termand until his or her successor is duly appointed and qualified.
