SECTION 28-33-11

§ 28-33-11 Notice of hearings – Timeof decision. – No hearing shall be held by the workers' compensation court or any judge ofthat court under §§ 28-33-5 – 28-33-10 unless written notice ofthe hearing is mailed to the employer and employee five (5) days before thetime of the hearing. The decision shall be rendered within seventy-two (72)hours after the hearing, unless the parties agree otherwise.
