SECTION 28-33-32

   § 28-33-32  Manner of serving notice.– Notice as required by § 28-33-30 shall be served upon the employer, orupon one employer, if there are more employers than one, or if the employer isa corporation, upon any officer or agent upon whom process may be served, bydelivering it to the person on whom it is to be served, or by leaving it at hisor her last known residence or place of business, or by sending it byregistered or certified mail addressed to the person to be served, or, in thecase of a corporation, to the corporation itself, at his or her or its lastknown residence or place of business. Mailing of the notice shall constitutecompleted service.
