SECTION 28-35-46.1

   § 28-35-46.1  Termination of payment –Accounting. – Within sixty (60) days after the discontinuance or suspension of compensationpayments under § 28-33-18(d), the employer and/or insurer shall file withthe director of labor and training, with a copy to the employee and his or herattorney, and also to the employer if filed by the insurer, an itemizedstatement of the total amount of compensation, medical expenses, and otherexpenses paid to or on behalf of the employee. This itemized statement shall beon a form prepared by the director of labor and training for that purpose.
