SECTION 28-37-2

   § 28-37-2  Custodian – Orders forpayments. – The general treasurer shall be the custodian of the fund; and the statecontroller is authorized and empowered to draw orders upon the generaltreasurer upon the receipt of duly authenticated vouchers. The generaltreasurer shall give bond with corporate security conditioned on the faithfulperformance of his or her duties as custodian of the fund, in a form prescribedby statute and approved by the attorney general, and in an amount specified bythe director of administration. All premiums upon bonds required pursuant tothis chapter shall be paid from the worker's compensation administrative fund.
