SECTION 28-37-7

   § 28-37-7  Cessation of payments on death.– When death occurs, all compensation payments from the workers' compensationadministrative fund shall cease; provided, that if it is proved that the deathresulted from the last compensable injury the employer shall not be relieved ofliability as provided in chapter 33 of this title.
