SECTION 28-4-3

   § 28-4-3  Contents of indenture. – Every indenture shall contain:

   (1) The names of the parties;

   (2) The date of birth of the minor;

   (3) A statement of the trade, craft, or business which theminor is to be taught;

   (4) An agreement that a certificate shall be given to theapprentice at the conclusion of his or her indenture, stating that he or shehas completed the apprenticeship under the indenture.
