SECTION 28-4-7

   § 28-4-7  Determination of petition orcomplaint – Enforcement of order. – Upon the hearing of a petition or complaint, the court may determine thecontroversy or matter complained of in a summary way, and discharge eitherparty from the indenture and contract of apprenticeship, and may make anyfurther order in the premises that the case may require and seems proper to thecourt. Any neglect or failure of any person, against whom any order is made, todo, perform, or comply with the order shall be contempt of court, and the courtmay enforce its order by proceedings for contempt.
