SECTION 28-41-22

§ 28-41-22 Appeal to and review by board.– Any party in interest, including the director, shall be allowed an appeal tothe board of review from the decision of an appeal tribunal. The board on itsown motion may initiate a review of a decision or determination of an appealtribunal within fifteen (15) days after the date of decision. The board mayaffirm, modify, or reverse the findings or conclusions of the appeal tribunalsolely on the basis of previously submitted evidence or upon the basis of suchadditional evidence as it may direct to be taken.
