SECTION 28-41-24

   § 28-41-24  Conclusiveness of decisions– Reopening in cases of fraud or coercion. – All final determinations and decisions shall be conclusive upon all parties ininterest, including the director. The director, appeal tribunal, or board ofreview shall reopen a determination or decision or revoke permission forwithdrawal of an appeal if:

   (1) He, she, or it finds that a worker or employer has beendefrauded or coerced in connection with the determination, decision, orwithdrawal of the appeal; and

   (2) The defrauded or coerced person informs the appropriateofficer or body of the fraud or coercion within sixty (60) days after he or shehas become aware of the fraud or within sixty (60) days after the coercion hasbeen removed.
