SECTION 28-42-23

   § 28-42-23  Unclaimed or unpaid moneys fromunemployment trust fund. – Any balance of moneys requisitioned from the unemployment trust fund for thepayment of benefits which remains unclaimed or unpaid after the expiration ofthe period for which those sums were requisitioned shall either be deductedfrom estimates for, and may be utilized for the payment of, benefits duringsucceeding periods or, in the discretion of the director, shall be re-depositedwith the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, to the credit of thisstate's account in the unemployment trust fund, as provided herein.
