SECTION 28-42-32

   § 28-42-32  Annual report –Recommendations. – Annually, by the first day of April, the director shall submit to the governorand to the general assembly a summary report covering the administration andoperation of chapters 42 – 44 of this title during the preceding calendaryear and making any recommendations that the director may deem proper.
