§ 28-42-35 Publication of statutory textand supplementary material. – The director shall cause to be printed in proper form for distribution to thepublic the text of chapters 42 – 44 of this title, the general and specialrules which shall become effective as specified elsewhere in this chapter, hisor her annual report to the governor, and any other material the director deemsrelevant and suitable, and shall furnish these materials to any person uponapplication for them. Printing and availability upon application shall bedeemed a sufficient publication.
