SECTION 28-42-52

   § 28-42-52  Implementation ofadministrative functions. – In order to perform the functions and duties as specified under §28-42-51, the director of administration is empowered to take any action thatshall be deemed necessary and advisable and to assign any subordinates oremployees to the department of labor and training that he or she shall deemnecessary, which subordinates and/or employees shall be within the classifiedservice and shall be paid out of funds made available to the department foradministrative purposes, consistent with the federal Social Security Act, 42U.S.C. § 301 et seq.
